From July 20th to July 24th our ESRs and other invited students from POLIMI participated in another of our Network Training Activity. Due to COVID-19 situation, the event was held online. The event was divided into theory, practice and hands-on, ATLAS pitches with a student challenge. The research topics crossed over an introduction to deep learning, 3D anatomical-image segmentation, intra-operative video analysis, preoperative to intraoperative image registration, Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM) and biomechanical simulation.
